1971- George Bush Jr. was a Fighter Pilot???

Yep, That's George Jr in the cockpit of an F-102 fighter jet. The officer to Junior's left is the training officer who was conducting a pre-flight eval. George was upset as he did not know how to drive a "stick", couldn't believe the plane had no windshield wipers, stereo or cigarette lighter. Junior seemed to quiet down when he discovered the plane did have nuclear missiles and they were about 5,000 miles from Vietnam. Evidently, as a prank, someone had told Junior that Vietnam was in Arkansas and that he would be flying CAP (Combat Air Patrol) for a trucking Convoy headed to Little Rock. In any case, the superflous use of a flight helmet was teh deciding factor in Junioir's induction.
